Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Choose a strong password, confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms. Your account is activated immediately after you verify your email or mobile number. The whole process takes about two minutes. See the full guide on the Register page.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use JetX99. Age is confirmed at registration and may be checked again before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately and any balance is held pending review.

No. JetX99 allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once or for any other purpose is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. All accounts found to be duplicates are suspended and bonuses are forfeited. If you have trouble accessing an existing account, contact support rather than registering again.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link and enter your registered email address. A reset link is sent to that email — check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new password and log in normally. If you still cannot access your account, the live support team can help verify your identity and restore access.

Identity verification is a standard step for all accounts, typically triggered before your first withdrawal. You may also see a verification prompt if you log in from a new device or location. The process is quick — usually just confirming your mobile number or providing a brief confirmation of your details. Completing it early speeds up withdrawal processing later on.
Deposits & Withdrawals

JetX99 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and popular mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. The cashier section of your account shows the full list of methods available. Payment accounts must be registered in your own name to match your JetX99 identity.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your JetX99 balance within a few minutes of completion. If a deposit does not show after 15 minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm the payment was sent successfully. If the transaction shows as complete on your end but the balance has not updated, contact support with the transaction reference number.

Log in, go to your account cashier and select the withdrawal option. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or Raast — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawal requests are processed once your identity is verified. Processing times vary by method but JetX99 handles requests promptly once approved. Full details are on the Withdrawal page.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and vary by payment method. The amounts are set in PKR and are kept at accessible levels for Pakistani players. Check the cashier or the Withdrawal page for current minimums applicable to your preferred payment method.

JetX99 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank or card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. Always check with your provider if you are unsure about fees on their end before initiating a payment.
Cricket & Sports Betting

JetX99 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 international matches, bilateral series and major domestic cricket competitions. International tournaments such as the ICC World Cup, Asia Cup and Champions Trophy are also covered when scheduled. The sportsbook is updated throughout the cricket calendar. See the Betting page for the current schedule.

Yes. JetX99 offers in-play betting on PSL and other live cricket matches. Odds update in real time based on match developments — ball by ball in many cases. You can bet on match winner, next wicket, runs in the next over and many other live markets. Live betting is available through both the website and the JetX99 mobile app.

If a match is cancelled before it starts or abandoned without a result being reached, bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. For matches that reach the minimum number of overs required to produce an official result, the result stands and bets are settled accordingly. The specific rules for each market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. In addition to cricket, JetX99 covers major football leagues and international tournaments, as well as popular Esports titles. The same PKR account balance is used for all sports and Esports bets. The sportsbook page shows all currently available competitions and upcoming fixtures.

Winning bets are settled and added to your account balance as soon as the event result is confirmed. For most cricket and sports markets this happens within minutes of the final whistle or last ball. Settled winnings are then available for withdrawal or to use on further bets immediately.
Casino & Fish Games

JetX99 has a live casino section with real dealer tables — blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show titles — available around the clock. There is also a slots library with titles from leading providers. The Fish Games section offers skill-based fish shooting games with real PKR stakes. All casino games use the same account balance as the sportsbook.

Yes. Your JetX99 account has a single PKR balance that works across the sportsbook, live casino, slots and fish games. You do not need to transfer funds between separate wallets. Deposit once and use your balance wherever you like across the platform.

Fish shooting games are skill-based games where you aim and shoot at fish moving across the screen. Different fish carry different point or multiplier values. You spend ammo — which costs PKR from your balance — and win PKR back based on what you catch. The games vary in style, stakes level and multiplier structure. Full details and available titles are on the Fish Games page.

Yes. JetX99's live casino runs around the clock with real dealers on rotating schedules. Tables are available at all hours, including during Pakistan Standard Time evenings and weekends. Multiple stake levels are offered so players with different budgets can always find a table that suits them.
JetX99 Mobile App

Visit the App page on the JetX99 website for download instructions and links for both Android and iOS. The Android APK can be downloaded directly from the site. iOS users download via the standard App Store process. Full step-by-step instructions are on the App page.

Yes. The JetX99 app is optimised for Pakistani mobile networks including 4G and 3G connections. It is designed to load quickly and function reliably even on standard data speeds. The app is suitable for in-play cricket betting during matches without requiring a Wi-Fi connection.

Yes. You use the same email address and password to log in on both the website and the JetX99 mobile app. Your balance, active bets, transaction history and account settings are fully synchronised between the two. There is no separate registration required for the app.

Yes. The JetX99 app gives full access to the sportsbook including live cricket and PSL betting, the live casino, fish games, slots, account management, deposits, withdrawals and responsible gaming settings. It is a complete mobile version of the platform, not a limited lite version.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available to newly registered JetX99 accounts on their first deposit. The offer details and any applicable minimum deposit amount are displayed in the promotions section and during the deposit flow. Read the bonus terms carefully before claiming — they set out wagering requirements and any game restrictions that apply.

No. Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings generated from it become available for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is shown in the promotion terms. Real money deposits that were not used to meet the wagering requirement can be withdrawn at any time subject to normal withdrawal processing.

Beyond the welcome bonus, JetX99 runs reload deposit bonuses, free bet promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals, cashback offers and seasonal campaigns. Active promotions are listed in the promotions section of your logged-in account dashboard. Promotional terms vary by offer so check each one individually.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. Choose the Deposit Limit option, set your PKR daily, weekly or monthly cap and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing your limit is instant; increasing it has a short review period to give you time to reconsider. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Use the cooling-off feature in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. You can select a period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and betting are suspended but your account balance is preserved. Access is restored automatically when the period ends. No contact with support is required to activate a cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion fully suspends your account for a defined period — three months, six months, one year or permanently. During self-exclusion you cannot log in, deposit or bet. The exclusion cannot be reversed while active. It is the strongest tool available for players who feel they need a longer break from betting. Activate it in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. See the Responsible Gaming page for full guidance.

All responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session timers, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — are in Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming tab. They are accessible from both the website and the mobile app. The Responsible Gaming page explains each tool in detail and includes a self-assessment checklist.
